Primary Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium multi-discipline planning projects or large, routine projects.
• Coordinate work of engineers and team planning throughout the project development.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
• Participate in reviews with governing agencies for code compliance.
• Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents with staff.
• Coordinate workload and ensure timely completion of documents.
• Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to stay within schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• PE license.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Active participation in our employee-owned culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
