Wilson and Company is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in the discipline of Water/Wastewater, based in Colorado Springs, Denver, or Loveland.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager and Water/Wastewater Practice Leader to ensure efficient project management across Colorado.
• Provide strategic and flexible support for multiple large projects underway.
• Contact and visit clients for business development and marketing.
• Attend local industry conferences and seminars.
• Facilitate project execution while maintaining high levels of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborate within teams, exercising strong teamwork, problem‑solving, and client‑relationship management.
• Apply a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles in all activities.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources (emphasis).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in water/wastewater engineering.
• PE license required.
• Proficiency in plan production using AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation, and knowledge of InRoads is a plus.
• Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations.
• Technical report writing experience.
