The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000+ based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary

Wilson and Company is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater to support our Denver, Loveland, or Colorado Springs office. The role involves project management, contracting, mentoring, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management, contracting, and mentoring activities.
• Conduct business development and client management duties, including visiting clients and attending local industry conferences and seminars.
• Communicate effectively within the Wilson & Company team and with external stakeholders.
• Address teamwork, problem solving, and relationship management tasks.
• Apply engineering principles and maintain a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Water Resources emphasis.
• 10+ years of experience specializing in Water/Wastewater Design Engineering.
• PE license required.
• Experience with plan production in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation; InRoads experience is a plus.
• Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations and technical report writing.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: $130,000 - $160,000+ (depending on experience).
