We are actively seeking a Water & Wastewater Project Manager to join our dedicated group of professionals in Harrisburg, PA. As a Water & Wastewater Project Manager, you are responsible for:

  1. Managing environmental water/wastewater projects
  2. Preparing project designs and reports
  3. Preparing and administering construction contracts
  4. Managing financial resources and project profitability
  5. Completing project permitting requirements
  6. Client relationship management and development activities
  7. Communicating with other HRG staff as needed to ensure projects are completed timely and on budget
  8. Providing project review, QA/QC, and compliance to client specific requirements

Requirements

  1. Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis
  2. Pennsylvania P.E. licensure
  3. 5+ years' project experience involving:
    1. Design of water distribution and treatment systems
    2. Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes
    3. Hydraulics
    4. On lot systems
    5. Environmental assessments
  4. Minimum 1-4 years project management experience
  5. Ability to provide timely project deliverables
  6. Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction
  7. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  8. Previous experience with:
    1. Computer modeling of water systems
    2. Hydraulic design software
    3. PA DEP regulations
  9. Holds a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings and regional offices
  10. Has the legal right to work in the U.S.

  2. Previous marketing experience
