Job summary

Nexus Water Group seeks a Project Manager to support water and wastewater projects, primarily in Florida. Based in Altamonte Springs with travel, you will coordinate activities, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality.

Responsibilities include developing plans, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication, with a requirement for 3+ years engineering experience and proficiency in MS project and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years engineering experience, preferably in water/wastewater projects.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to learn internal software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and/or other project management software.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and financial management.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, reports, and permitting docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex water and wastewater construction project plans from initiation to closure.
• Create and maintain activity and progress reports for customers.
• Coordinate project development and manage inspections.
• Forecast and plan capital projects and track budgets.
• Lead daily activities and personnel across projects.
• Ensure documentation, stakeholder management, and communication plans.
