The ideal candidate will manage water and wastewater projects and mentor junior staff. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, with hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater treatment.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License: must pass Motor Vehicle Records Review.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline water and wastewater design projects.
• Manage a portfolio of clients with projects on schedule and budget.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Act as a point of contact for projects in the New England Area.
• Mentor mid-level and junior staff for career development.
