Job summary

Daniel O'Connell's Sons (DOC) in Attleboro, MA seeks a Project Manager for its Water & Wastewater division. You will oversee day-to-day execution, project controls, cost, risk, and reporting from site to project executive.

You will coordinate internal teams, trade partners, and clients through construction, startup and turnover, ensuring schedules, budgets and contracts are aligned while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Water/wastewater facility experience is required.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and negotiations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with Procore or similar PM software.
• OSHA 30 and LEED certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage planning and scheduling of projects.
• Financial management including owner pay apps and cost tracking; manage field staff.
• Procurement and subcontractor management, including subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Produce reports, production reports, and cost/revenue projections.
• Monitor progress and resolve operational issues with the superintendent.
• Collaborate with preconstruction team, owner, architects, engineers and trade partners.
• Lead safety goals and ensure compliance with DOC requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide required reports to stakeholders.
