Job summary

Kraus-Anderson Incorporated is seeking a Project Executive for Water/Wastewater in Minneapolis to direct and coordinate multiple project teams from concept through completion. You will lead high-level initiatives, develop plans, and ensure schedule and budget integrity while mentoring project managers and shaping market strategies.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with owners, architects, and the KA team to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college/university or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years related work experience.
• Proven experience in project management or executive roles, overseeing multiple water/wastewater projects.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering customer service.
• Ability to mentor and guide team members and develop individuals.

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee and coordinate activities of multiple project teams from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules with project teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress with CE or non-metro DOO to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Review activities, costs, operations, and forecasts to track progress toward goals.
• Prepare project reports for stakeholders and modify plans as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with KA processes and procedures.
• Assign duties and responsibilities with clear roles and accountability.
• Mentor project managers and senior project managers to support development.
• Lead KA and market sector training standards for project managers.
• Support staffing, audits, and health checks of projects.
