Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Professional licensure or active pursuit of PE.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline teams to meet project goals.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and client communications.
• Mentor engineering staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Support business development and pursuit activities.
