MGC Contractors, Inc. is looking for Project Engineers to join our Texas Division in the El Paso area. This position is full-time and involves general contract administration, construction scheduling, and procurement among other responsibilities.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in construction field is preferred. The environmental conditions include working in both office and construction site settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor degree in Construction Management or related Program required.
• Prior construction field experience preferred.
• Effective Communication Skills both oral and written, quick response time to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• General Contract and Subcontract administration.
• Construction scheduling.
• Procurement and expediting of material and equipment.
• Mechanical, electrical and piping systems coordination.
• Project cost review and reporting.
• Participation in project meetings.

Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Effective Communication Skills (oral and written)

Education
