Candidates with heavy commercial, highway, or industrial experience are welcome. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, and field execution, with responsibilities including engineering supervision, Primavera P6 scheduling, design interpretation, submittals/RFIs, and coordination across disciplines to support the project

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction engineering experience.
• Bridge experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project engineering and related personnel functions and activities.
• Ensure project engineering activities comply with requirements and support the construction schedule (Primavera P6).
• Provide technical support for construction planning, design interpretation, and methods.
• Develop and administer project engineering procedures and documents (submittals, RFIs, expediting, payments).
• Represent company in meetings with A/E, client and project management.
• Interface all on-site departments to resolve problems and support schedule.
• Oversee pre-construction, design-build services, and business development for the project.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
