Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our footprint, delivering high-impact solutions, and shaping the future of our water and wastewater projects. Responsibilities include:

Compensation:The typical salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000. Salary depends on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
