The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 7–10 years of construction experience, with an emphasis on safety, cost control, and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering or related field is required.
• 7–10 years of construction experience with project management responsibilities.
• Experience in water and wastewater construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost projections and Work in Progress for projects.
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Plan and schedule project activities and milestones.
• Develop and maintain owner relations throughout the project.
• Negotiate and purchase materials as needed.
• Set and enforce safety expectations on the job site.
• Oversee project costs and budget adherence.
• Contract negotiation and administration.
