Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and align multidisciplinary engineering teams (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, CAD, Architectural, Instrumentation and Controls).
• Ensure successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects across Kennedy Jenks.
• Promote efficient design delivery in line with Kennedy Jenks standards and standards of care.
• Foster collaboration across engineering, environmental, scientific, and technical disciplines.
• Partner with business managers, project managers, and business development to align resources with needs.
• Collaborate with quality and risk programs to advance excellence, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Travel nationwide 25–50% to coordinate with clients and offices.
