Kennedy Jenks Consultants is seeking a transformational leader to shape the future of technical project delivery.

Based in any KJ market nationwide, this senior role provides the opportunity to lead technical professionals, strengthen project delivery and client relationships, and advance technical excellence across the organization while supporting complex infrastructure solutions for communities throughout the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise Kennedy Jenks' Technical Services teams and discipline leaders.
• Oversee successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects nationwide.
• Promote efficient design delivery per Kennedy Jenks standards and procedures.
• Promote collaboration across engineering, environmental, scientific, and technical disciplines.
• Coordinate with business managers, project managers, and business development leaders.
• Work with quality and risk programs to advance technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Travel 25–50% nationwide to client sites and offices.
