Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking an Industrial Preconstruction Manager to lead the Industrial group, overseeing cost estimation for water and wastewater facilities and related projects. You will manage a team of estimators, develop conceptual budgets, and coordinate with operations on staffing and schedules.

The role requires leadership, client collaboration, and deep knowledge of preconstruction processes, with a focus on delivering accurate, timely estimates across multiple delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing progressively larger and more complex estimates/teams.
• Proven leadership ability with mentoring, training, and motivating teams.
• Understanding of all aspects of preconstruction.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-perform production knowledge and scheduling experience.
• Proficient estimating software usage and client interaction.

Responsabilités

• Lead estimation efforts for water and/or wastewater facilities and similar projects.
• Manage a team of estimators and forecast workload.
• Develop conceptual estimates with benchmarks and details.
• Collaborate with operations on fees, staffing, and schedules.
• Represent the estimating team at client interviews and present estimates.
• Apply innovative preconstruction strategies to improve department performance.
