As the regional lead, you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands‑on technical direction, guiding project delivery, mentoring teams, and strengthening long‑term partnerships across Texas municipalities. Key Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight for the planning, design, and management of water, wastewater, and reuse infrastructure projects.
Cultivate and expand trusted client relationships through proactive engagement and delivery excellence.
Lead business development efforts and manage a portfolio of projects with revenues exceeding $3M per year, ensuring financial health and operational excellence.
