Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee five+ full-time employees at our water/wastewater facility. You will coordinate shifts, ensure equipment operation, and meet permit requirements while driving safety and performance.

You will manage maintenance plans, data reporting, and staff development, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. This role offers on-site work and opportunities to impact community water quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in water/wastewater treatment roles.
• Lead or supervisory training required.

Responsibilities

• Assign shifts and plan daily schedules for plant operations.
• Oversee HR functions including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Prepare work orders and related reports using CMMS and data submittals.
• Maintain process control and quality assurances across shifts.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
