Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC in Boise, Idaho seeks a Plant Supervisor to oversee a water/wastewater facility. You will supervise a team, coordinate shift schedules, ensure safety training, and maintain equipment through CMMS while producing reports for internal and regulatory use.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in water treatment, a related degree, and supervisory experience, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and team development.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years in water/wastewater treatment roles.
• Degree in related field (Chemistry a plus) or equivalent experience.
• Lead experience or supervisory training.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assigns personnel to shifts and plans daily schedules for plant operations.
• Oversees HR functions including hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and safety training.
• Prepares work orders and reports using CMMS and data submittals.
• Ensures consistent process control and QA procedures across shifts.
• Reviews water reports and prepares analyses for internal and regulatory purposes.
• Provides leadership to achieve safety goals and manage emergencies.
