The incumbent will prepare hydraulic analyses, support long-range budgeting, and develop risk assessments for pipelines, wells, storage, and treatment facilities while advancing safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Civil, Mechanical, Sanitary, Environmental Engineering or related field is required.
• Entry level, graduate engineer; internship experience encouraged but not required.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater systems modeling and project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and compile technical data for reports to management and agencies.
• Present engineering information to internal stakeholders.
• Propose solutions and explain new procedures and techniques.
• Prepare memos, letters, and reports for communication.
• Establish and update risk and resilience matrices for capital planning.
