Qualifications

• Experience in supervising and coordinating engineering teams in water/wastewater projects.
• Ability to develop annual work plans and manage budgets for pipeline rehabilitation projects.
• Knowledge of pipeline design, construction methods, and permitting for water and wastewater systems.
• Proficiency with engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual work plans for the utility engineering group.
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgets for rehabilitation and replacement of pipelines.
• Prepare, review, and approve engineering plans using AutoCAD, specs, and permits.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, agencies and contractors.
• Supervise, coordinate, and train engineers, technicians and support staff.
