Consor Engineers in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Water/Wastewater Pipeline Engineer (EIT) to join our team. This early‑career role offers hands‑on experience in planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater conveyance systems for municipal clients.

You will work with skilled engineers on pipeline design, hydraulic analysis, and project reporting, building a solid technical foundation while growing into leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil or related engineering discipline.
• Design experience on water or wastewater projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and design of water, reclaimed water, and wastewater pipeline systems.
• Assist with hydraulic analyses, system evaluations, and conveyance modeling.
• Prepare design calculations, technical memoranda, planning studies, and engineering reports.
• Support development of plans, profiles, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders.
• Deliver high‑quality technical work in support of client needs.
