Job summary

H2O Innovation in the United States seeks an entry-level Water & Wastewater Treatment Operator in Training. You will participate in testing, data entry, sampling, and basic maintenance, with emphasis on safety and integrity as you learn all aspects of operations.

Based in Florida, NY, this full-time role includes weekends and rotating on-call duties; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), vacation, and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid state driver’s license.
• Plan to obtain water/wastewater certifications as part of career development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine water and wastewater tests and collect regulatory samples.
• Enter test results into logbooks and data systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Respond to on-call emergencies within established response times; follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and report any safety concerns.
