Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking a Water/Wastewater Operator II to operate and maintain equipment in a water and/or wastewater treatment facility in Florida. The role requires a Florida DEP C Drinking Water and C Wastewater license and willingness to work various shifts.

The candidate will conduct routine testing, monitor plant processes, and document performance while responding to after-hours emergencies and maintaining safety and reliability of facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Florida DEP C Drinking Water and C Wastewater licenses required.
• Experience in water/wastewater treatment desirable.
• Willing to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment such as valves, pumps, motors, belt presses, disinfection equipment, and vehicles.
• Performs routine testing, monitoring and basic lab analyses; maintains documentation of plant performance.
• Responds to after-hours calls to repair treatment equipment and instrumentation.
• Ensures facilities are clean, secure and well-maintained.
• Provides customer service as needed.
