F & V Operations and Resource Management (FVOP) is seeking a Water/Wastewater Operations Specialist to join our Benton Harbor, Michigan team. We provide operation services, maintenance and asset management for public and private systems, with strong emphasis on training and ongoing certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Water and/or wastewater certifications expected within 18 months.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who is willing to pitch in.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wastewater and water treatment facilities systems.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair water and wastewater mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform sampling and process control laboratory analysis.
• Operate and maintain pump stations, well houses and valves.
• Prepare field reports.
• General maintenance of work area and equipment.
