You’ll work on a collaborative team to ensure uninterrupted service and create reliable systems for municipal clients. The role requires hands-on mechanical maintenance experience, CMMS proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and a CMRT certification or plan to obtain it within 3 years.

Qualifications

• Experience performing installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment in municipal settings.
• Certification readiness: CMRT certification within 3 years of hire or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water/wastewater facilities equipment.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and replace components such as pumps, valves, and motors.
• Lubricate equipment, check for malfunctions, and adjust/regulators; replace packing or bearings as needed.
• Weld, cut, braze or weld as required; perform painting and interior/exterior clean-up of facilities.
• Maintain maintenance records; operate CMMS to track work orders and parts.
• Ensure safety, health, and welfare of team while on site.
