Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects in Utah, blending field and office collaboration for a growing team. This ground-floor opportunity features ownership potential, competitive compensation, and a people-first culture.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing site development, pump stations, and related civil scopes. Requires 5+ years in heavy civil and a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
• Experience working on water infrastructure or municipal utility projects.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, P6).

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Oversee site development, water/wastewater infrastructure, pump stations, and related civil scopes.
• Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor schedules, cost control, and safety/quality compliance.
• Lead change orders, pay applications, and RFIs.
