Job summary

Northeast Remsco Construction, a JAG Company, in New Jersey on-site, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee heavy civil water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and safety compliance on complex treatment plant and pump station rehabilitation assignments.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in heavy civil, with 5–10 years as PM, and a track record delivering large utility projects; strong estimating experience

Qualifications

• 15+ years heavy civil experience, including 5–10 years as Project Manager.
• 10+ years leading large-scale utility and treatment plant projects.
• 5+ years estimating water/wastewater treatment plant projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of complex heavy civil infrastructure projects in New Jersey.
• Lead project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and safety for water/wastewater plants and pump stations.
