Job summary

Parsons is seeking a motivated Field Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater team in Los Gatos, CA. The role emphasizes hands-on field work, with support for project documentation and coordination led by the Construction Team and Chief Inspector.

You will document quality, safety, and compliance, track RFIs/NCRs, and assist with logs, reports, and meetings. A strong background in CM and field engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in CM, office engineering, field engineering, or utility design.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and field focus.
• Three+ years using CM software systems and standard construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Support quality control by documenting non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with field inspectors and project managers to ensure alignment.
• Track logs for RFIs, NCRs, and other construction documentation.
• Perform administrative duties under project management direction.
• Contribute to monthly progress reports and meeting minutes with Chief Inspector.
