Qualifications

• Experience estimating water and wastewater construction projects.
• Strong ability to read plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Experience with self-performed structural concrete and heavy civil work is a plus.
• Excellent cost analysis and quantity takeoff skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimates for water and wastewater facilities and related infrastructure.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and price labor, materials, and equipment.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals and ensure scope coverage.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering ideas.
• Support bid reviews and handoff to project teams.
• Partner with operations to set projects up for successful execution.
