Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, quantity surveying or commercial administration.
• Relevant degree or HNC/HND would be advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Preparing estimates and costings for projects and tenders.
• Reviewing tender documents to understand scope and requirements.
• Obtaining and reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Assisting with tender submissions and commercial proposals.
