Stacy Witbeck is seeking a Mid-Level Estimator to join our Water/Wastewater team in Long Beach. You will contribute to bid development for projects from $5M to $250M+, performing take-offs, reviewing plans, and coordinating with subs and consultants.

The role requires strong communication, plan reading, and experience with estimating tools. We offer an ESOP and comprehensive health benefits in an employee-owned firm.

Formación

• 5+ years of construction experience required.
• Experience in heavy civil, water and wastewater preferred.
• Strong plan reading, take-off, and bid preparation skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and direct take-off efforts for assigned portions of the estimate, including civil, structural concrete, and mechanical equipment.
• Review specifications and constraints to understand work requirements and prepare bid packages.
• Develop and submit questions to Owner and prepare RFIs for clarification.
• Prepare cost estimates for hard-money and negotiated work, using Estimating Software (HCSS).
