Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. in Racine, WI seeks a senior Team Leader for Water/Wastewater to guide a growing engineering group in a client-focused, leadership role. You will recruit, mentor, and lead engineers, oversee municipal and private development projects, and drive client relationships for continued growth.

This is a high-impact, senior role with 100% employee-owned culture, strong resources, and opportunities to shape service offerings. PE license and leadership experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• Wisconsin PE license required.
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience with water/wastewater focus.
• Experience leading client-facing teams and BD activities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of engineers.
• Provide leadership on municipal and private development projects.
• Drive market growth by building client relationships, responding to RFPs, and networking.
• Serve as a technical resource for staff training, quality control, and project management.
• Develop, execute, and oversee strategic client relationship plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and subconsultants.
