Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, GIS, and hydraulic modeling software preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented and able to work with a team and independently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Bluebeam and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of water/wastewater facilities, distribution systems, and collection networks.
• Prepare engineering drawings, reports, memoranda, and specifications.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling, calculations, and quantity take-offs.
• Participate in field investigations, data collection, and site inspections.
• Contact vendors to obtain budgetary quotes and assist in development of construction cost estimates.
• Support permitting, regulatory documentation, and project scheduling.
• Review design drawings for accuracy and standards compliance.
• Utilize engineering software tools and MS Office to support tasks.
• Assume additional responsibilities to support team and goals.
