This internship offers hands-on experience supporting land development and infrastructure projects, with mentorship from experienced engineers and exposure to planning, design, and construction processes.

You will gain practical skills using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office while developing the professional competencies needed for a successful engineering career.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Rising sophomore to graduate student with interest in land development, infrastructure, or engineering design.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D or other engineering design software is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing plans, exhibits, reports, and construction documents.
• Support engineers with technical calculations, quantity estimates, and project analyses.
• Assist with the design and development of site, utility, drainage, grading, stormwater, and other land-related infrastructure improvements.
• Conduct research and gather project data to support engineering studies and reports.
• Utilize engineering software and participate in project meetings with engineers and planners.
