Ferguson is seeking a sales-focused engineer to drive water and wastewater solutions from early design through delivery. You will cultivate relationships with engineers, municipalities, and manufacturers, guiding projects across the full cycle while expanding knowledge across the Process Solutions portfolio.

In this role, you will support engineering teams, develop technical presentations, and analyze market activity to position Ferguson offerings effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in water and wastewater treatment or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred; construction management or related degrees considered.
• EIT or PE license preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of pumps, valves, process equipment, or treatment systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, manufacturer partners, and internal stakeholders across projects from early engagement to post-installation support.
• Collaborate with Process Solutions team on sales strategies, technical presentations, and portions of complex sales pursuits.
• Perform product application analysis, selection, estimating support, scope development, bidding assistance, and issue resolution.
• Assist engineers with specification recommendations and early-stage design to position Ferguson solutions.
• Support senior leadership in engaging engineers, owners, and contractors.
• Analyze competitive activity and share market insights with management.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline in the Sales CRM System.
• Represent Ferguson at industry events and associations.
• Seek opportunities to present other Ferguson offerings within the primary Process Solutions solution.
