We are seeking a Civil Engineer with expertise in the Water/Wastewater industry to join a dynamic team managing various project types. The role involves working on water conveyance systems, piping, and treatment plants for clients both locally and nationally. The successful candidate will review engineering plans, write technical reports on findings, and engage directly with clients. Previous project management experience is advantageous.
The role includes some travel and fieldwork to job sites in the Twin Cities and client meetings. The schedule is flexible, with office attendance required two days a week, allowing employees to choose their preferred days. Additional office presence is optional. The work environment encourages collaboration and offers opportunities for career growth across multiple paths including sales/business development, project management, or technical leadership.
The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $128,000 per year.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Paul, MN.
