A reputable Illinois-based consulting engineering firm is hiring a talented Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer for their Morris team!

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with designing water/wastewater projects
2. Build/maintain client relationships
3. Design stormwater, potable water, wastewater pipelines, pump stations, water and wastewater projects
4. Prepare master planning reports for potable water and wastewater projects
5. Evaluate/study water/wastewater treatment plants
6. Plan/review water/wastewater infrastructure improvements
7. Develop/plan/design drinking water and wastewater treatment projects
8. Assist marketing team with project proposal development
9. Develop department standards and complete peer reviews
10. Represent the firm at client/agency meetings

Requirements:

1. B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with emphasis on water/wastewater treatment and hydraulic studies
2. 5+ years of water/wastewater project design experience
3. Experience creating/manipulating hydraulic models
4. Experience in the design/construction of mechanical piping/pumping systems

Salary is commensurate with experience.
