Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to their Naperville team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage pipeline study/engineering project design
• Lead preparation of design documents (Plans, Specifications, Estimate of Probable Costs)
• Prepare permit applications for local, state and federal agency approval
• Monitor project performance (Client Satisfaction, Project Schedule, and Budget)
• Attend client meetings (present proposed designs, answer questions, and coordinate work)
• Provide technical guidance to project teams
• Mentor/train junior staff
• Perform quality control reviews
• Assist in preparation of proposals and agreements (Project Approach, Staffing, and Development)
• Build/maintain client relationships

Requirements:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 6+ years of experience managing water and wastewater projects
• Illinois PE License
• Member of professional/technical societies
• Experience preparing design plans and specifications, writing reports, and business correspondence
• Valid driver’s license

Salary is commensurate with experience.
