Wilson and Company is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4–10 years of experience in Water/Wastewater engineering in Kansas City.

The role encompasses production management, project management, contracting, mentoring, and client management.

Essential Job Functions

• Work independently while collaborating with team members.
• Contact and visit clients for business development and marketing, including attendance at local industry conferences and seminars.
• Demonstrate a high degree of intrapersonal and communication skills.
• Apply proven teamwork and problem‑solving skills.
• Manage and develop business client relationships.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or Water Resources.
• 4+ years of experience.
• PE License required
• Experience with plan production (AutoCAD, Civil3D, Microstation) and InRoads.
• Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations and technical report writing is a plus.
• Experience producing water/wastewater projects and rail/transportation infrastructure projects.

Annual Salary Range

$79,000 – $135,000.
