Shimmick is seeking a Superintendent based in the Seattle area to lead civil water and wastewater infrastructure projects in the Pacific Northwest. This role emphasizes safety, planning, and team leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include directing construction activities, developing craft workforce, and maintaining client relations while adapting plans as needed. The position supports a comprehensive benefits package and hybrid work options.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED plus 8 years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience directing operations of craft personnel on Water/Wastewater projects.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the safety of project craft and the care of company assets.
• Develop and implement plans for the construction of heavy civil infrastructure within budget, schedule, quality, and environmental criteria.
• Leads, directs and manages the entire direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline construction project.
• Train and develop craft workforce and build a highly effective team.
• Maintain a professional working relationship with client representatives for day to day activities and long term operations.
• Communicates changes or modifications of jobsite activities within assigned area of operations and adjusts plans as required.
