Qualifications

• Experience supervising water/wastewater projects.
• Self-performing cast-in-place concrete, piping, and mechanical equipment experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Competent Person training in Trenching, Scaffolds, Rigging, Confined Space, Fall Protection.
• OSHA 10-hour and First Aid/CPR certifications recommended.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field supervision of all jobsite personnel.
• Maintain safe, quality-focused worksite and enforce safety policy.
• Coordinate permits and regulatory inspections.
• Prepare daily reports and photographs; manage field documents.
• Oversee material handling, inventory, and subcontract coordination.
• Ensure projects finish on time and within budget.
