Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience successfully managing projects of increasing complexity.
• Competency in development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
• Experience with risk and change management and contract management for small to mid-size projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and deliver day-to-day operations for small to mid-sized projects.
• Develop scopes of work, detailed schedules, and budgets to meet objectives.
• Identify and manage risks; implement mitigation strategies and change orders.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and quality management per BC standards.
• Engage clients and stakeholders to support satisfaction and revenue goals.
• Mentor and develop project team members as needed.
