Brown and Caldwell is seeking a senior leader to drive complex projects and client relationships across North America. The role combines Sr. Project Management with Client Service leadership, delivering value through meticulous planning, risk and change control, and performance management.

The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams, ensure safety and quality, and align delivery with business objectives while championing client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience managing mid-size to large projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee mid-sized to large projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Provide strategic leadership as Client Service Manager for assigned clients and drive growth and performance.
• Lead day-to-day operations for projects, including defining objectives, schedules, budgets, and success factors.
• Develop detailed scopes of work and require clear risk and change management.
• Monitor profitability via earned value analysis and timely invoicing/collections.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction and outcomes.
