Black & Veatch is seeking a Construction Manager to lead water and wastewater projects on-site, coordinating with EOR, subconsultants, and owners. You will manage safety, scheduling, quality, and startup activities, driving projects to on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, client communication, and adherence to safety standards in our ESOP-owned environment, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• OSHA Training required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred, or relevant field experience.
• 15+ years experience in water/wastewater projects a plus.
• Experience with project management tools like Procore preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Review documentation for disputes, such as RFI responses and change orders.
• Lead staff and coordinate with EOR, sub-consultants, and clients during construction.
• Lead and manage construction administration phases of projects for owner.
• Coordinate staffing and manage subconsultants and costs.

BS in Construction Management

Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field

OSHA Training

5+ years of construction manager experience

18+ years construction supervisory experience
