This role involves providing daily construction management for water and wastewater projects, monitoring contractor compliance, and maintaining project documentation. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in construction management, a high school diploma (AA preferred), and good communication skills. The position offers an hourly compensation range of $33.00 – $52.00 and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in construction management and inspection for water and wastewater projects.
• Able to read/interpret plans and specifications; writing skills necessary for inspection reports.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel.

Responsabilités

• Monitor contractors’ work for conformance to design contract plans.
• Track daily quantities, complete electronic inspection reports.
• Work nights and overtime as required by project assignment.
