Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant civil/MEP experience.
• 4+ years inspecting civil and MEP trades on infrastructure projects.
• Water/wastewater utility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings, plans and specs against contract documents.
• Prepare daily field reports detailing progress, manpower, and equipment.
• Maintain redline set reflecting all changes during construction.
• Identify non-compliant work and coordinate resolutions with Project Manager/Owner.
• Photograph pre-construction conditions and major activities; document with dates and subjects.
• Verify quantities, materials, and contractor resources.
• Attend progress meetings and coordinate RFIs.
• Ensure contractor’s record drawings are current.
• Review monthly progress payment requests.
• Facilitate third‑party material testing as required.
• Monitor erosion control devices weekly and after rainfall.
