Qualificações

• EIT certification is required.
• PE license preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater projects.
• Ability to coordinate with outside consultants involved in the project.
• Ability to mentor Civil Designers, Project Coordinators, Technicians, and Interns.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• QA/QC experience on civil design work and plan presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, coordinating requirements, deliverables, and schedules.
• Lead project coordination meetings with clients, internal teams, government agencies, and contractors.
• Prepare permitting submittal packages for agency review and approvals.
• Support due diligence and identify potential project risks.
• Review contractor bids for site work and assist in development of technical specifications.
• Develop construction documents for multiple project types across jurisdictions.
• Mentor Civil Designers, Coordinators, Technicians, and Interns.
• Oversee QA/QC of plans, specs, and documentation from Kick-off to closeout.
