We seek a civil/environmental engineer with 6–12 years of water/wastewater experience and a Professional Engineer license to lead planning, design, and construction support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 6 to 12 years of directly relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and project teams.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil engineering work in water and wastewater facilities and conveyance infrastructure.
• Lead planning and design projects with field visits, oversight of fieldwork, and report preparation.
• Develop civil engineering plans and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates for water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate sub-consultant work and other disciplines.
• Review contractor submittals for conformance during construction.
