Job summary

Qualifications

• Civil engineering experience in water/wastewater projects.
• Understanding of water and wastewater systems.
• Experience reviewing plans and technical proposals.
• Ability to develop layouts and support cost studies.

• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with leadership and teams.
• Ability to perform periodic site visits.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and design of water, wastewater, and related civil infrastructure projects.
• Review proposals, plans, and designs for water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Develop conceptual layouts, preliminary designs, and cost studies.
• Conduct feasibility studies for water supply systems, runoff collection networks, wastewater collection systems, and treatment facilities.
• Evaluate technical data to determine impacts on designs and plans.
• Support construction and maintenance activities of civil infrastructure.
• Assist with engineering problem-solving throughout project development.
